Enjoy a Slow Yoga Flow to build energy and gently release what no longer serves you. Detoxify and boost circulation in the infrared sauna, and revitalize your body and mind with hot and cold contrast therapy, known to improve circulation, strengthen the immune system, and soothe anxiety. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, deeply rested, and ready for the most restorative sleep you've had in ages.

Yoga

Join Jus & Kel for an energizing Slow Flow Yoga class designed to prepare your mind and body for the soothing benefits of sauna and hot & cold therapy. Through mindful movement, we'll release what no longer serves us and gently activate the parasympathetic nervous system, cultivating a deep sense of calm and rejuvenation.

Infrared Sauna

More comfortable than a traditional sauna, infrared saunas offer a deep, soothing heat that increases circulation and supports detoxification. The infrared wavelengths enhance lymphatic flow, helping to flush toxins and heavy metals from the body through sweat. Regular sauna sessions can reduce muscle soreness, ease stress, boost the immune system, and enhance skin quality. Plus, it just feels amazing!

Hot & Cold Contrast Therapy

Hot & Cold Contrast Therapy is a powerful way to rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. At our retreat, you’ll have the choice of four magnesium-rich pools—from Ice Cold to Cool, Warm, and Hot—or you can follow our coordinated program for a guided, transformative experience.

The contrast between hot and cold helps to improve circulation, boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, and ease muscle tension. The magnesium in each pool supports relaxation, relieves muscle soreness, and promotes deep sleep. Whether you dip into a single pool or move through all four, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and with a profound sense of calm.
